Resumen
Este documento abstrae la definición de enseñanza y la evolución que ha tenido en esta época. Indica que el maestro debe tener más habilidades de percepción con respeto a lo que sus estudiantes quieren decirle, debe estar más preparado y para lograr esto recomiendan la técnica de la observación para obtener una reproducción no distorsionada de los hechos percibidos, así como de las señales que expresan los profundos significados que le dan sentido. Hace unas anotaciones sobre la observación para que las utilice cualquier persona que desee desempeñarse como observador. Ofrece ideas útiles para reconstruir los hechos observados.
ABSTRACT: This document abstracts the definition of teaching and the evolution it has had at this time. It indicates that the teacher must have more perception skills related to what their students want to say, he must be more prepared and to achieve this, it is recommended the observation technique in order to obtain an undistorted reproduction of the perceived facts, as well as the signals that express the deep sense meanings. The Teacher must make notes about the observation in case anyone else wishes to serve as an observer as well. For this offers useful ideas to reconstruct the observed facts.
