La interculturalidad se refiere a la interacción y el respeto entre diferentes culturas. En el contexto educativo implica considerar y valorar las diversas perspectivas culturales de los estudiantes para promover la inclusión y la diversidad. Los derechos humanos son principios fundamentales que garantizan la igualdad, la dignidad y la justicia para todas las personas. La promoción de los derechos humanos en la educación es esencial para crear sociedades justas y respetuosas. La equidad se relaciona con la igualdad de oportunidades y el acceso a la educación de calidad para todos, independientemente de su origen étnico, cultural u otras características personales. La formación inicial docente se refiere al proceso de preparación de futuros docentes y es crucial para equipar al profesorado con las habilidades y conocimientos necesarios para promover la equidad y el respeto intercultural en las aulas.
