ABSTRACT: The ability to achieve the objectives that we propose on a personal, communal or national level requires the development of Project Management skills in students from the very early phases of their learning, in school and college classrooms. This approach promotes that, in the exercise of a profession or a trade, Costa Ricans are successful people, through the development of essential skills and the mastery of techniques and tools to plan, execute and control the projects that, as a society, we require. This book aims to guide teachers who, by reading the basic concepts included in this document, are able to transmit them to Third Cycle and Diversified Education students in Costa Rica. The book is made up of three sections. The first of them is the Academic Guide, the second is the Project Management Didactic Planning and finally the third section is Associated Activities. This document will allow the teacher to successfully complete a school year with ninth and/or tenth level students, with important results in the construction of knowledge on the topic of Project Management. This book has been built from the principles of neuroeducation as a basis for learning, a topic on which an introduction is presented for the teacher. At the same time, it has basic concepts about Project Management and three main teaching topics for students: Project Management, Essential Skills and Technical Skills. Each of them details learning strategies, materials and resources, evaluation and timing, among others. The application of this document with its three sections will be the appropriate input for Third Cycle and Diversified Education students to acquire basic knowledge on a topic of great relevance for the country.
