Evaluación y actualización del acervo bibliográfico de la Unidad de Información y Referencia del INIE.

Abstract

Esta actividad de investigación se basó en la evaluación y actualización del acervo bibliográfico de la Unidad de Información y Referencia (UIR) del INIE, con la idea de hacer efectivos los servicios y productos que se generan en ella, con el objetivo de posicionarla a la transformación de un CRAI. Se revisó exhaustivamente la colección para depurarla y actualizarla según las políticas internas de la UIR. Se actualizaron as bases de datos para ponerlas en línea dentro de la página del Instituto, así como también a nivel local. También se trabajó en la creación de una nueva base de datos que contiene la producción bibliográfica de la educación nacional. Como resultados se adjunta un listado de documentos que se pueden ofrecer en préstamos interbibliotecario a instituciones homólogas o interesadas en el tema, así como las boletas para esta actividad. Asimismo, se confeccionó una boleta para canje con el fin de localizar otras revistas del área educativa con quienes hacer intercambio de conocimientos. ABSTRACT: This research activity was based on the evaluation and updating of the bibliographic collection of the Information and Reference Unit (UIR) of the INIE, with the idea of ​​making effective the services and products that are generated in there, with the intention of positioning it to the transformation of a CRAI. The collection was thoroughly reviewed to refine it and update it according to the internal policies of the UIR.
